ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Poulose Nediapala, a Senior BI Consultant with extensive expertise in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), E-Business Suite (EBS), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). With a strong background in data modeling, reporting, and database management, I help businesses optimize their data strategies and streamline reporting processes.

My experience includes designing and developing financial and reconciliation reports, automating customer statements and rollover letters, and resolving complex reporting issues. I have a deep understanding of PL/SQL, modifying stored procedures for efficient data extraction and loading.

Beyond reporting, I manage and support Oracle EBS Financials and HRMS, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. I also oversee Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, supporting both EBS and custom applications. Having closely worked with Oracle migration teams, I have hands-on experience in EBS cloud migrations, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal downtime.

In addition, I lead DBA teams for regular support activities, disaster recovery planning, and failover procedures. My expertise extends to supporting legacy applications, including Attendance Apps, EDMS, and Asset Tracking systems. I have also worked on Solaris and SQL high-availability configurations in clustered environments.

With Oracle and ITIL certifications, I bring a structured, process-oriented approach to business intelligence and cloud solutions. My goal is to empower organizations with robust data-driven decision-making tools while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
